I. Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! I love photographing in new places and I’m always down for an adventure. Whether it’s a backyard wedding or a mountaintop elopement, I’ll meet you there.
II. Can we customize a package if we don’t see exactly what we need?
Absolutely. If your vision doesn’t fit neatly into a package, that’s more than okay. Whether it’s an elopement, multi-day wedding weekend, or something totally unique, we can build a plan around what matters most to you.
III. How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months ahead to lock in your date. For sessions, a few weeks to a couple of months usually works. But if you’re last-minute - still message me! I sometimes have openings.
IV. We want to include our dog in our photos, is that okay?
Animals are the best! Would absolutley love to include capturing them in your session or special day.
V. How long does it take to receive photos and how are they delivered?
For weddings, generally 4-6 weeks. Smaller sessions can range from 1-3 weeks, depending on the session type. All galleries are delivered via a private link!
VI. I feel awkward in photos - will that be a problem?
Not at all. Most people tell me this before their session. I’m really good at reading energy and giving little prompts or direction so you feel natural instead of stiff. By the end, you’ll probably be surprised at how fun it felt.
VII. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We’ll roll with it. Moody skies, drizzle, or snow can actually add so much character to photos. If it’s truly bad weather, we’ll reschedule.
VIII. How does the booking process work?
A retainer and signed contract secure your date, and the rest is due before the session or wedding. I keep it simple and all online, so no stress about checks or cash.
IX. Do you deliver every photo you take?
I carefully curate and edit the best images that tell your story. Don’t worry! If it’s good, you’ll get it. I don’t hold back favorites.
X. What’s it like to work with you?
Think of me as your hype woman with a camera. I’ll guide you when needed but also give space for real, unposed moments. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and maybe even forget there’s a lens in front of you.
XI. Are my photos safe?
Absolutely! I photograph with a camera that has dual SD card slots, so every image is recorded to two cards at once for instant backup. After your session, all of your photos (both RAWs and edited images) are securely backed up on a separate hard drive to ensure your memories are always protected. When your gallery is delivered, anyone accessing it will be asked to register their email address - this helps keep a record of who views your photos and adds an extra layer of security.
